At Anderson & Sheppard Haberdashery, we take pride in the quality of our garments and offer a 28-day return period for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that personalized or bespoke items are non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our Clifford Street shop to notify us of your intent to return or exchange an item.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the original receipt is included.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Return

  Send the package via a tracked courier service to our London haberdashery or drop it off in person during business hours.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the garment for quality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
